Charlie is an inattentive property owner and fails to work in the interest of the parties he represents. He in unresponsive and does not provide necessary information. If you are a tenant, he regularly neglects to share information and the scope of projects. A major renovation project took place (see photos) for over two weeks in the summer, and the best Charlie could do was two nights in a moldy hotel room. He may be a great property manager for the property owner, but if you are a tenant, look elsewhere.

Charlie is an excellent Realtor and great guy. I am a licensed Realtor here in Charleston and purchased my personal property from a listing that Charlie was representing.
