Wow my bill goes from 2 something to over 4 something in a month, LET ME GUESS INFLATION BUF NO I GET THE SAME EXCUSE WHEN I CALL, IT’SBC IT’S BEEN HOT,,, WILL BE REPORTED
During a very hot summer, I personally attempted to contact them using the correct after hours phone numbers during a power outage to find out what was happening and an approximate timeline. After repeatedly, and I do mean repeatedly, calling the 3 different public numbers, no one answered. One time, the phone was allowed to ring for nearly 5 minutes with no busy tone or answer. If someone is there, they ought to be made to feel ashamed or be fired, if not, the city of Amory Utilities will be reported.
