I have purchased three scopes, all three arrived as described new in box packaged very well. I will continue to order without hesitation. They provide great customer service, asked what application I would be using the scope for and if I needed any help or additional information.
I ordered some accessories for my scope as well as a base. During the fulfillment process they noticed that the manufacturer had updated the product. Rather than shipping out the order they took the time to contact the manufacturer to be sure that the accessories would fit the new model. It turns out they wouldn't.
