Have been seeing Heather for deep tissue massage for years and live with far less pain with her help. She’s amazing at what she does.
By far the best massage therapist I have been to. I have had knee pain for about 7 years and with her treatments I am finally out of pain. She takes time to listen to what you are having trouble with, and actually works on those areas.
Before I began doing massage therapy, I was plagued with very tense muscles in my neck, back, and forearms; all of which triggered either horrible migraine issues or pain in my wrist and shoulder. Sometimes the pain was so intense I could barely focus on my daily tasks or performing activities that I enjoyed. Heather is a very skilled massage therapist in Colorado Springs. I have seen her several times and could not be more pleased with the results. I have been treated by other massage therapists, but nothing like Performance Massage.
With just one visit, Heather helped me get a handle on my daily migraines! It was by far the best massage I've ever had, and her rates were wonderful. It was relaxing, but also a deep and beneficial massage. She was so kind and personable, and I felt truly cared for. Can't wait to go back!
