I don't know much about his merchandise but I will say as a business owner he is less than professional. He is rude and inconsiderate of customers, prioritizing himself over what's best for downtown Kalamazoo. This man parks in customer parking for the entire day, including the handicap spot. He doesn't care if he gets a ticket but will do everything he can to outsmart the parking attendant to avoid it when possible.
