Excellent care and caring staff. I’ve had both of my Children here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love how U of M encourages natural child birth and is so supportive during labor and delivery and post partum! Go Blue!
My 7 year old son was a patient a few days ago and WE had the BEST experience ever! (From ER to Surgery) He didn’t want to leave!! The STAFF was AMAZING!! It was his 1st memorable hospital stay and MOTTS left an AWESOME imprint and for that I am so THANKFUL! ❤️🥰 P.s. ❤️❤️ (Meg) I believe?! to the Nurse on the 7th floor you were so sweet and informative and you went above and beyond and made my heart SMILE! You are a HERO in disguise and you were definitely meant to be a NURSE!! ❤️❤️
had the most wonderful experience in the ER with my 4 year old yesterday. all of the staff are truly amazing with children!!
The hospital staff is amazing! Even though technically my daughter at age 18 is an adult, they treated her with respect and kindness. Dr. Aronovich and his surgical team did an amazing job on my daughter's jaw and gave her hope for her future as well as a newfound confidence in her smile! I can't thank them enough for all they've done for my baby girl!
they lie they do not do what they say they're going to do they keep you in the hospital to get the bill charged up so they can make more money there's no communication and half of them have their head so far up their butt they don't even know which way is up never coming back to this hospital would never recommend horrible treatment horrible staff horrible service. 😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👊
My son Jameson was born with a Right Congenital diaphragmatic hernia at Mott’s. The NICU team (Mary S) pediatric surgery and neonatology team (Megan) were all amazing while we were there! These people not only care about their patients, they also care about the families and did everything possible to help us mentally and physically. Yesterday, my son turned two years old without any deficits. He would not be here if it wasn’t for their excellent teamwork and dedication Thank you for all that you’ve done!
amazing care team, made my son's first hospital stay not only tolerable, but comfortable! he was made to feel very special. unfortunately, he needed surgery on his birthday but EVERY staff member was so caring, acknowledged him and he was even showered with gifts! a very family centric hospital gets my highest recommendations for their amazing service.
