I explained exactly what I needed: keep the top and top‑back longer, taper into it, and only trim my neckline and around my ears. He cut the back way too high and took off the length I said not to touch. It completely changed the look of my hair and made my hairline more noticeable. If you need someone who listens to instructions, this wasn’t my experience.
Went in to get haircut at 6pm, the website and door clearly says open til 7 but the lady was very rude and just said that she was done for the day and didn't offer to accommodate me at all.
Zack Carter cut my hair, and he was amazing! Quick, thorough, and very nice. We talked the entire time. Best barbershop experience I’ve had in a long time!
