Great to deal with and very honest and transparent.
CSM responds promptly on issues and repairs - when they want to be and when contracts are concerned, but when they don' t feel like it, they gaslight or maybe are not very smart and give incorrect answers but probably the latter. They childishly disrespect owners (as you will see in their response below with petty name-calling ) when, ironically, they are what they are: bullies, emotional and condescending. We work with a lot of property management companies. CSM is organized, professional and seem to really care about clients.
This property management the board does not communicate with any people property property management if you don't pay on Payment they will charge you interest on is there a lawyer will send you a payment with the service charge with the lawyer fee thay will charge from you
No regard for security and safety of the building. Very unprofessional aswell. I'm unimpressed with how CSM operates. I'm only a tenant but if you genuinely care about your property and the people living in it then I don't think these are your people.
