This condo management company is hands down the worst of any of the ones we deal with for any of our investment properties. Their staff are unorganized, belittling, condescending and unhelpful and as you see from some of the companies review responses - unprofessional. You see him responding with 0 respect or due regard to anyones concerns just as they handle all condo issues/questions or concerns. I would suggest anyone purchasing to also steer clear of properties handled by them.
I am not impressed. I received an email yesterday stating that they are issuing a levy to my condo complex of over $6000. It is to be paid in 3 installments 1 at the end of this month and then one payment at the end of October and then a final payment at the end of December. There was no time or warning of such a hefty levy. A lot of the residents in my complex are single parents and new Canadians. Got the garage door fixed at no cost. My father was really really really surprised as he thought if comes out of his pocket.
CS Management has been great to deal with. They are a straight-to-the-point company that offers everything we need.
