CSM responds promptly on issues and repairs - when they want to be and when contracts are concerned, but when they don' t feel like it, they gaslight or maybe are not very smart and give incorrect answers but probably the latter. They childishly disrespect owners (as you will see in their response below with petty name-calling ) when, ironically, they are what they are: bullies, emotional and condescending.
