Rob had an earlier appointment available, so he stopped by to fix our stubborn door knob, and not only did he take care of the problem quickly and efficiently, he went above and beyond. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the latch and the strike plate, showed me pictures of what had been done, and made sure everything was functioning smoothly before he left.
