Cassandra is an amazing personal trainer and put a lot of effort and focus into my personal fitness goals. She encouraged me to be my best self and motivated me to push harder. At 18 years old my strength and endurance improved exponentially with weight training and cardio. I have learned so much from her and I recommend her for any age and ability.
She’s the best. No matter what is going on in my life these days, a CS workout always makes it better. Thank you Cassandra for always being there for us.
CS Fitness is a great place for you to workout. Cassandra provides a variety of classes which I enjoy, I never know what to expect in class plus she’s always watching your form to make sure we’re doing it right and if you want she’ll push you to the next level or if you have any limitations she’ll modify your workout to your needs. I’m so glad I’ve become a CS member give it a try and join us.
I have been with Cassandra for over 2 years now. Her routine helped me build so much physical strength. She’s always changing her classes up so she keeps things interesting and fun. I always look forward to thrm. She is a joy to work with.
