The staff can be sweet and kind, but don’t let yourself get fooled, I DO NOTTTTTTTT RECOMMEND. They work on my mouth on the beginning of 2025; they did three crowns. One was a change from a child-crown to adult crown, (no issue with that one, since the root canal was in PR) they did a new root canal with a crown. They started a new root canal with crown for a different tooth and never finish, they’ve left me one half way. Disregarded my symptoms and was generally very dismissive of my concerns. At another dentist I was able to get a solid reason for my discomfort and options for treatment; C&S dentist just told me nothing was wrong and gave vague, unhelpful advice on managing my symptoms.
All the employees in the office are very nice an helpful. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental offices. But when I go there i am at ease they make it a very comfortable environment. Highly recommended. Great staff and Dentist!!!!
They don’t answer the phone. So you can’t make any appointments. Really awesome business model!
The dentist is absolutely amazing and makes me feel so comfortable during every visit. He’s The only dentist I trust after past bad experiences at other dental offices. Now, The issue? When I am seen by him and I’m dealing with any pain, I’m asked “what made you wait so long to address this?”.. I’m not sure he’s aware that you can’t even call the office to make an appointment to see him due to the fact that nobody answers the phone. No matter what time you call.
