I really wanted to like this therapist. I met with her once then she ghosted me for my second appointment. Reached out to me after to reschedule which we did, but when I had an emergency and asked to reschedule that’s when I was ghosted for the second and last time. Very disappointing and disheartening to receive this treatment from my potential therapist of all people.
All I can say is I have grown so much in understanding myself. I also have gained tools and knowledge that go with handling daily life as a mom, wife and entrepreneur. Having a therapist of color also resonated with me as certain topics I felt a sense of deeper connection. Charlene has been a honest great support system in helping navigate life.
