Dave is not only a skilled contractor, he is also a good person. When we needed our bathroom floor replaced due to a serious leak, he made time in his busy schedule to help us when no other company would. He did a wonderful job! I will definitely use him for future projects and recommend him to friends.

Showed up on time and was very polite and professional. We had a couple of small projects that needed done ranging from mounting a white board on the wall, putting up a shelf, and installed a security bar in our sliding glass door. He did a great job and I would definitely hire him again.
Dave has been very good about communicating with me; even when there have been issues with products not arriving on time. He is very professional in all his dealings with me and I will continue to use him for other projects in the future and to recommend him to my friends. He has great ideas and often comes in with lower prices (not cheaper) because of the value, which means a lot to this customer.

After completing the work on her garage, we installed siding on her whole house and garage and also made an insurance claim on her roof and installed a new roof at no charge to her .

The job involved repairing about a dozen fire doors in an apartment building. David started the job when he said he would and did a great job.
very punctual and goes above and beyond to make the repairs that will last -- communication is very open and allows me to share my concern and takes that into consideration. I will use Dave again for several jobs around my house as well as friends and family members. Overall Dave is a very professional guy and trustworthy.
