Do not use this company. Cornelia quoted me a estimate of $990,838.00 to build a 4300 house. Which did not included materials just his labor and equipment his ise. When I told him that was too high and I would go somewhere else. He threatened to filed a license on property or pay him $1,625 for the cost to build. He never discussed a fee for that. I paid it and git mu plans back. But I learned my lesson from this scam he pulled.
