I scheduled carpet cleaning several weeks before a move. On the day service was scheduled (Friday) the tech no-showed. I called the office 3 times throughout the day for an update on when the tech would now be arriving. Each time, I was told they would contact the technician and call back with an update. Never received a call back! Called first thing Monday morning, assuming they had made room for me on the schedule, but instead was told they might be able to work me in the next 2 days! Nope! I have used them several times now and they do a GREAT job! On time, professional, good prices. I can't say enough. they came out to clean my staircase and 2 bedrooms (all white carpet) - it looks great and smells wonderful.
I will definitely consider using carpet cleaning group again, possibly for my hardwood floor cleaning or even new carpet installation.
They was responsive to emails and worked to accommodate my schedule. His team was on time, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done.
The whole thing took about 30-40 minutes and the price was very reasonable.
