C&S air was great on getting me in on a short notice. I want to Cole Parrish as he did an awesome job explaining to me what he was doing and how to check certain parts of my system for future maintenance. He also informed me of the maintenance service that was available to me and I signed up. Excellent customer service!
We just purchased a new AC unit from C&S Air, and they did a great job. From the initial consultation, to the installation, then finally, the quality control check….they were on top of things. I want to especially highlight Cole Parrish, who did the quality control check for us. He is by far one of the most thorough techs I’ve ever dealt with in any capacity. The question wasn't if but when on my a c not running like it was supposed to. Have lived in DFW for almost 40 years doing radio on WBAP and have endorsed a few HVAC companies in that period, but, and I'm not getting paid to say this, my wife and I will only work with C & S in the future. Customer service second to none and the fact that there family owned and family operated goes along way in how they treat there customers. Brilliant from start to finish. If you want someone reliable, responsive and trustworthy, this is the place to call. I called C&S this morning to get help with our AC that wasn’t cooling and was left turned off by Tempo Air, (possibly the worst company you could use for AC), and Miguel from C&S came by within an hour to help resolve the problem. Cole Parrish was amazing! He let me tag along since I am super fascinated by this kind of stuff and he walked me through the stuff I didn't know about and explained it very well.
