Dr kragel is beyond top notch she really deserved 10 gold stars.. her experience is evident in her knowledge she has always made me a huge part of the decision making process I value her insight in my healing journey as well as her humility and integrity .. SIMPLE THE BEST
Dr. Kragel is the most unprofessional and unethical sleep doctor in Western North Carolina. Furthermore she will access a person’s medical records without their consent a clear violation of HIPPA. I would strongly recommend you find another Doctor.
This was my wife's third visit and up till today I thought we were in good hands but or trip was delayed by a road closure and we tried to call the office to inform them of our possibility of being late however their phone system would not allow messages. We arrived 8 minutes late and we're told we would have to reschedule...and get this there was no other patients in the waiting room. My wife really needed to see her as the meds prescribed are not working. Not impressed
