I'm disappointed in the care I received. I have Central Brain Sleep Apnea and Dr. Kragel's office failed to advise me of the need for follow-up appointments. Now, I must gain a new referral and start over as a new patient. I did not receive communications about the need for follow-up appointments. I won't get care for months because of this failure.
Dr kragel is beyond top notch she really deserved 10 gold stars.. her experience is evident in her knowledge she has always made me a huge part of the decision making process I value her insight in my healing journey as well as her humility and integrity .. SIMPLE THE BEST
Dr. Kragel is the most unprofessional and unethical sleep doctor in Western North Carolina. Furthermore she will access a person’s medical records without their consent a clear violation of HIPPA. I would strongly recommend you find another Doctor.
