Crystal is so down to earth and sweet.. As with any interaction, I was a bit nervous, but we talked the entire time I was there; like we have known each other for years.. I originally got my loc's in January. I felt that my loc's were slipping off. I went to her in March and she said that it was hair growth. I told her that my hair doesn't grow that fast. So I left. I had over 20 that was damaged. She has been basty when my intentions was just to show her what damage I had. My experience was good but her professionalism went out of the window.
