Don’t shop from this placed they have a lot of time to respond a review but when you contact them they are very rude not professional and they didn’t not to try fixing the issue, you buy a flowers and order the deluxe added more cost ,and they delivered nothing close to what your order!!! The store is amazing - the clothes are pretty, well made and affordable plus on sale right now. There are so many unique and beautiful items from essential oils, jewelry to home decor. The owner is extremely nice and kind - she spent time talking to me and brightened my day. I have already told a few friends about Crystal's and recommend everyone visit and shop here soon!
My original feedback didn't save. But if you're looking for flowers in the area, this is the place to come. I had no idea how to pick the right arrangement of flowers, but the ladies here are extremely helpful. I recently picked up 3 bouquets of flowers, and they came out beautiful. Thank you so much!
Sadly I’m not at all impressed with what I received. I paid $150 for two bouquets. I specifically discussed the size when ordering as these were for a graduation and I didnt want small bouquets. I could’ve gotten twice as much going to a grocery store florist. They were wrapped in cheap looking plastic wrap. I’m so disappointed and embarrassed to hand out these small bouquets. This shop might make quality work so I can't say anything negative about their arrangements but I'll never know because I ordered something from them on a Friday - asked them to charge my credit card right then or at least by the end of the day. Got a call the next day late in the afternoon where I'm at saying the card didn't go through - I asked about when they charged, they said just now and I explained that it was really important that they charge it yesterday and that's what I requested a few times.
