Set up an appointment for 1 and came in. Someone asked if I had an appointment and said someone would be out soon. I waited in the lobby for two hours for someone to greet me before I left.
Thoroughly disappointing in the hair service. I went in to get a haircut and a colour. I normally just dye my hair myself because it's $7 to get my hair colour from Sally's, but occasionally I just like to have my hair done by a professional. I thought I would give this place a try since I am longing to find a place I can go frequently instead of just touching up my roots myself.
