I was able to purchase several beautiful pieces through the mail with minimum hassle, but the best part (well, almost!) was working with Tristan. He is down to earth, warm and provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely keep an eye out for future offerings!

Over the last few years I have purchased several beautiful pieces of crystal. This last purchase--a moonstone bracelet, has just arrived and is just as "gemmy" quality as the photograph. It is a welcome change from some of the other examples that turn out to have only a milky non-glimmering palate. Thank you so much for answering my special request for a relatively less well known crystal. You never disappoint!

This place is AMAZING! I actually found Crystalarium by accident around two years ago now when my friend and I were wandering around looking for a crystal shop. We stepped in on a whim, and honestly… best decision ever. The team is so warm and welcoming, and the whole vibe of the store just feels majestic in the sweetest way.
