We have lived here for over 2 years, love our house and our neighbors. As far as Echelon Homes and their building crew - we had plumbing issues the first day. Jim, the Construction Manager came right over and had his men back here immediately to repair the problems. The air conditioner was not completely installed and it was in the 90's. We weren’t that happy with our experience. They go through a lot of contractors who all do things differently than the others. We went to do our walk through before we moved in and they had the wrong pillars on our porch for a completely different style house. They fixed it but we still have holes in our front porch from them moving it and not repairing our porch. Our siding was done wrong on the front of our garage and above our front windows.
