I ordered a whole home of windows from these guys. One of them recently broke with no obvious reason. We were just sitting in the living room and heard a crack. I think it wasn't sealed well and moisture got in and built up pressure. I called Sharon and she promised to order me a replacement. This was 5 months ago. A month later I called back and was told the replacement broke before it got to them. Two months later they are saying they don't even know what size the window is. I would give 0 star if I could. This is the worst company we ever dealt with. Not professional, we scheduled something 8 months ago for window replacement but always something happens, too many stories, dramas and excuses not to keep their appointments and promises. This is the company I would strongly suggest to avoid. Sometime they might give you a lower price to keep you hooked but when it comes to the time of delivery, it won't happened... Waste of time and effort. Stay away from this company.
