Our rental was in August 2023 for one week and during that time we phoned in a few concerns relative to condo. But none of our issues were addressed nor did we hear from the managing office. During our stay, we had a confrontation with the building manager and I phoned their office because we felt we were being harassed. When you rent through Crystal Waters you get immediate responses. We had a minor issue and it was taken care of right away. Terry is great to work with. He is honest, kind, attentive and has a great staff! We will always use Crystal Waters and will recommend to others!
This was our second year renting the same home. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. Our family vacation was success. Terry is a sweetheart, always there to answer any questions. Thank you and we will be back
