Crystal pool did an awesome job with our pool. Ours was the second pool they built in our subdivision... Their price was the most reasonable among all of the quotes we got... Also they were tremendously flexible. They did landscaping, fence, gate, drains and everything that goes along with the pool which is a huge benefit... U don't need to get multiple companies to do all these. Also they will make sure that you are getting final completion certificate from the county. Overall great experience...

Bought a house that Crystal Waters was finishing the pool work as we moved in. Pool and hot tub look great. Complications began with the cold winter and poor construction in the pools first winter. The office staffs lack of communication only made it worse. They tried to make up excuses about the previous owner yet they knew they weren’t going to fix it. 4 weeks later I was told my warranty was void which they knew on the first phone call. Crystal Water Pools from start to finish is the best pool contractor and firm I have ever worked with. Design work was exactly what we described to the owner, Jonathan, who kept the project well within our budget and resulted in no overages. The project was completed within five weeks, even faster than Jonathan proposed. All workers were accommodating and did excellent work and most were Crystal employees. Crystal Water Pools literally brought my dream back yard to life! From the first meeting to the very last, each step was an absolute pleasure. The crews were amazing and worked together effortlessly, the office personnel were super responsive, Jonathan, Francisco and Brandon were all key and amazing to work with on the build. I am so incredibly happy with the beautiful results! If I could give more stars I would! Excellent experience! Great company to work with for sure!
