During construction they worked with me very well. However, they installed a waterfall for me that has leaked from the beginning and they have been unwilling or unable to repair it. The last 5% to finish the job well is lacking and unfortunately, I didn't see Jonathan (the owner) after he closed the deal. Francisco, our project manager, has been excellent. We have had a great experience with crystal water pools. There were a couple of hiccups, but 2 years later they have stood behind their product and fixed the issues. We have referred customers to them and will continue do so. Thank you for your rapid response to our concerns, you guys are a class act. Thanks again, Deb Carpenter

Such a great experience. Francisco with Crystal Water was awesome to work with and helped us every step of the way. We’re so happy with our finished product. And a shout out to Candice with Cotton Blossom Interior who helped with design & decor, and Doug with Douglas Outdoors who did the landscaping.

We had an amazing experience with Crystal Water Pools. They have every detail in house and you deal with one contractor! Francisco was amazing! I cannot speak highly enough of them and their professional service.

Crystal Water Pools did a great job designing and building my pool, along with deck improvements and landscaping. . They were very accommodating with my in- process design change requests and making sure I was completely satisfied. They have been very responsive in addressing a few post build warranty issues 1 year later.
