We have a leaking pool pipe, equipment not functioning, cracked concrete, exposed sprinkler valves - and I can’t get a simple phone call answered for 6 months. Be very cautious dealing with Jason and this company. If I were you, I would run far away and consider a more reputable pool builder. I guess we will have to have someone else finish the work and take some sort of legal action - Very Sad!

I hate writing a bad review but Jason has given me no choice. I told him 2 weeks ago I was going to write this to give him plenty of time to just answer his phone…I would suggest you stay away from Jason and this company. This has been the worst customer service we have ever received from any ‘professional! Once the work is completed and the last check is written you can forget warranty work. We had a great experience with Crystal Water Pools with our recent custom pool design & outdoor kitchen build. They were very helpful in the decision making process, answered alllll my questions, and built a beautiful pool that my family loves! Build was on time (even with some weather delays) and on budget. We added a few more frills at the end outside of the original plan and they were able to make the adjustments quickly and I felt were fairly priced.
