Replace defective cameras and power units when notified.
I bought 2 security systems with a repeater/router. The repeater will not match code. I left phone messages 3 consecutive days with no return calls. I files 2 service tickets both of them answered by quotes from the literature that came with the purchase. There was nothing mentioned concerning my problem. It seems that they do not have customer service.
By responding to my request!!!
Respond to the customers in an appropriate time frame. I have left four messages on the phone, no response, one facebook message, no response. I would appreciate at least a reply of some kind, instead of being ignored!!!! .
