The quality of glasses is not good, and the service attitude is poor, the problems are rarely resolved~really dislike it.
I had a very disappointing experience with this store; I felt their communication was poor and dishonest. During my first visit, the staff member assured me that I could exchange the glasses if my eyesight does not adjust well to the new pair. However, when I returned to pick them up, another staff member spoke to me quite aggressively and said exchanges weren’t possible. That was the first breach of trust. Depends who you deal with in this store. Some good, some others has not much clue. Overall 5 4 stars depending on your luck and any connection. Having said that, I know of someone close enough to get by smoothly with the business service transactions.
