Depends who you deal with in this store. Some good, some others has not much clue. Overall 5 4 stars depending on your luck and any connection. Having said that, I know of someone close enough to get by smoothly with the business service transactions.
Nick is very good and in fact all the people there are helpful, pleasant and friendly (Mike, Henry & the rest)
Michael and his colleagues offer a friendly, professional, super quick service and terrific pricing. Nothing is too much bother for them. I have been wearing glasses for 22 years, Crystal Vision offer the best service I have encountered. Highly recommended
