The quality of glasses is not good, and the service attitude is poor, the problems are rarely resolved~really dislike it.
I had a very disappointing experience with this store; I felt their communication was poor and dishonest. During my first visit, the staff member assured me that I could exchange the glasses if my eyesight does not adjust well to the new pair. However, when I returned to pick them up, another staff member spoke to me quite aggressively and said exchanges weren’t possible. That was the first breach of trust.
