My initial experience was not what I had hoped. When I got home I wrote a kind but honest review about my experience. Less than an hour later I was contacted by the office manager and things were made right. I was very impressed with the way that they handled the situation. Teri has since helped me find a pair of glasses I love. She worked very hard to ensure that I got the quality I desired at a price I was comfortable with.
My eye exam at Crystal Vision Clinic yesterday was a very rewarding experience! All the staff were very pleasant, and friendly! I almost didn't want to leave because everyone was so very nice to me! I give them 5 stars, and will recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I have been to Crystal Vision multiple times and have had great service both on the eye appointment and glasses section in the clinic. This time I saw Dr. Endres for the first time. He had a great personality and was very helpful giving me many options for glasses and/or contacts. I will definitely request to see him again next time.

Alaina and Crystal Vision Clinic rocks! Just brought our father who's mobility impaired by to check and clean his glasses. Alaina came out to the car to assist. Very kind! Very helpful!

They do such a great job fitting you with glasses. They are very accurate with measurements, etc. Their frame selections are amazing. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We've been with them for years. �
