Very disappointed in this place because I read good reviews about it. My wife ordered glasses in mid December and they were to be in the first part of January. We never got a call. We called the 2nd week of January and they didn't seem to know anything about them. After looking thru records they said that they must have gotten lost where the lenses are made and they would call when they found them. We never heard back. Love the place. Dr. Briggs is a great optometrist, been with him for many years. His new office is beautiful and his staff is a joy. Love seeing Donna and Amanda for our visits, we are always greeted warmly and feel that we are given incredible time and patience. Donna trained both our children for contacts and I have never seen someone so patient. Our children think she is awesome. If you want a great exam and a staff that makes you smile please call and make an appointment soon. A happy Montoursville Family!!
My family was traveling in January to have a late Christmas visit with family, our 4 year old daughter fell asleep and somehow ended up sitting on her glasses, the arm fell off and the nose pad snapped off we didnt have another pair. We were lucky enough to pass your office and stopped in.
