It was friendly. The price was a little high. Carol, the optometrist, was very professional and I felt good. Belen also kindly explained my many questions in detail. Parking was convenient. The pleasant atmosphere of the store was not bad. However, it was boring while waiting. I wish there was a system where you can drink coffee or a glass of water.

Dr. Kim is so kind and professional. She takes the time to explain the process of the exam, and goes over any concerns or issues that need to be addressed. I can ask questions and she takes the time to respond so that I understand. I know my eyes are getting the best care possible!
