WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! No Management 991/2% of the time also same goes for maintaining the property . I would give this place 00000000p0 As for the answer the manager posted below . That doesn't mean anything . Always say the same thing when u have tenant have a complaint . And I know it hasn't changed in the last3 yr's . No heat or air half of the time . So anyone reading this keep in mind , u were warned and very sorry u has to find out the hard way .... JS Good luck ..

I have called multiple times and have not received a call back even after leaving a message. I then saw in Crystal Valley Manor’s response to a bad review to email them. I did that and they also did not answer. I am unsure how to get ahold of them.
Never answer phone. No way to go into an office. Horrible! VM is full half the time and says will call back within next business day. I think I will call their government funding source to let them know.
