I spend thousands of dollars with Dr. Doherty DDS 5 years ago. He installed 3 crowns. Now within the past month all three fell out. He informed me that no root canal was required at the time. Now I am having to have his work redone which has become very painful and expensive.. Every tooth he placed a crown on required a root canal. My suggestion to anyone is to make sure you demand to have a root canal prior to spending the money on a crown. If I could sue him I would.
