Weve lived at Crystal Tree Village for 3-1/2 years and LOVE IT!! The Managers (Gail and Jimmie) and Assistant Managers (Sharon and her husband) are wonderful, caring, patient, and available 24/7 which includes their rotating days off. All four keep our grounds landscaped and beautiful, keep our swimming pool and pool area clean and sparkling (pool has always passed health departments inspection), and all four are the kindest folks around. The management gets too involved in the personal lives of the residents (gossip). The male manager does have an anger management problem for sure and has no business being a manager he could be dangerous.The owner is completely uninterested in the park and seems to look at it as a cash cow and thats it. She has no idea how out of control the management team is.The park is nice enough but they keep raising the rent EVERY year and they dont upgrade carports that are crumbling.
