Called them and first of all they answered their phone, I asked them if they could help me out with a problem with my Bad Boy Mower as my dealer no longer services them anymore. Spoke to Creig the service manager and his response was Bring it on Down, Very friendly and professional staff they diagnosed my problem and fixed it with no problem. Highly recommend this shop, thank you Creig and Howard for your great coustomer service.
My name is Mark and I went to Crystal tractor and dealt with Elaine Monagas in sales... I bought the RZ14242 23 horsepower stihl zero turn lawn mower. And I can't complain I love it Elaine went out of her way to make sure I got the lawn mower that I wanted she even had to make a special order because they sold out before I was ready to buy and when I was ready to buy they were gone so she made sure she got a new inventory very quick and then they delivered it and everything we did over the phone and the computer I didn't eve... read more
