I honestly wasn’t sure if I would buy another Kabota after my experience with the dealer in Land O Lakes. Jerry and Kevin at this dealership changed my mind. They have been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future!
Service center is really bad. Charge me $200 to try to repair my mower tell me they cant do it to come and pick it up because they claim it needs a $1400.00 part after they held on to the mower for 2 months. Take it to another shop they had if fixed in 3 days and repair cost $225.00 Wasted time and money. Don't be fooled by their response asking for me to call them back, I did and they said they call me back and guess what they never did.
