As any dealership they will try to push you by the same day. But they get the five stars, very nice and they let you try the equipment before you buy.
Heather and Conner were amazing with their service handling my constant questions and multiple trips. One of the better deals from a kubota dealer in central Florida if not the best. Service desk guys were awesome as well. Highly recommended this dealer!

Before i buy equipment from a bussiness, i always try their service first. Well i was warned Crystal had a bad rep for service. And all day waiting for a call back, has proven it to me. Iam willing to bet it is foreign owned, they usually treat people like that. But tomorrow i have a appointment at Lowry's to service the mower i have and to talk with sales for a new 60 inch.
