I have been with them over a year now. I can never get a hold of my specialists or their supervisor to find out out what's going on with my case. Had to take time off work to go to a hearing because specialists never received documents. Now my provider hasn't been paid for the last 2 months, and I can't get a hold of specialists after leaving messages and emails.
