The delivery man physically attacked me when I showed him the billing error I was charged for since he is the one who tells the warehouse folks how many I ordered. For a year he was charging me two to three more than I ordered and always delivering less than I ordered. He also lied and brought me the same broken water machine after I paid for one full year of protection and service fees. My family contacted his home office and told him to get out and never come here again. We should’ve pressed charges.
toss another 1 star on the review pile. Ordered 2 12x1L packs of water. They left 4 24x333mL bottles. Which puts me ahead water-wise. It's 32Liters of water instead of 24L. I'm ok with that. Then they billed me for 4 packs of the 12x1L bottles. So instead of the normal $70, it's $150. Customer service just didn't understand they charged me double for the same delivery we've been doing a couple months. Just because the water delivery guy didn't have 1L bottles I guess, and left me with the smaller bottles. They're so annoying... read more

Apparently, we're not the only ones getting horrible service from Crystal Springs, which bought out The Water Guy. We never had a problem with The Water Guy, but ever since Crystal Springs took over, we've had nothing BUT problems. We've had the same problems as stated by the other reviewers. Initially, customer service set up delivery/pick up every 3rd Wednesday at our business. Only once did they actually show up on the designated date. Then I get an email that now our delivery date has been changed to Monday. Our business... read more
They are terrible! Being told delivery date after delivery date but not actually getting my water. Then being passed around on the phone when I question them. So frustrating. When I canceled my account they were more worried about retrieving their empty bottles. Horrible service!
