I have been trying to cancel my service for months and they say it’s canceled but still trying to charge my credit card .. I told them for two months in a row to pick up their water dispenser they don’t pick up they never pick up and still trying to charge me for a service I don’t have .. they also delivered water to my old address when I already call to cancel I blocked my card and they are still trying to charge for a delivery !! Have had this service for years .No problem when it was ready refresh but now that this new company has taken over it’s TERRIBLE!!!Forgot our delivery ,then saw on the web site it would be delivered yesterday,never came .Now says delivery is 2 weeks from now .Cant get anyone to answer the phone !How is this company still in business !!!From all the other reviews looks like there are many customers that feel the same way !

This is by far the worst water delivery brand out there they have continuously told my company that they were delivering for two months straight every other day and the delivery has been pushed back every single time. I would never recommend this company to anybody out there I wouldn’t want to Wish this water delivery company to my worst enemies.
