Good service very good service
Excellent friendly service! At least it use to be. A simple request of where to leave my delivery was ignored 3 consecutive deliveries. That was enough for me. I still have 2 full bottles outside my house that they refuse to pickup & want me to pay for. Have delivered Purified water instead of spring water, picked them up, dumped them, & through the caps underneath my truck. I heard there was new management. That's a shame!
Absolutely horrible it was a nightmare since day one , they do not have any idea what customer service is, after multiple mistakes they promise you they’ll fix there mistakes and they don’t do anything about it and everytime you call you get the run around.. I didn’t know it was possible to have such bad customer service for something so simple as delivering water. Please beware of companies like this
Great service and value. My route sales rep is accessible & awesome. Definitely glad I switched to Primo/Crystal Springs Water Delivery.
