Crystal Springs Water Service is Affordable, Efficient, Time Savings, And Dependable
Haven’t received water for 3 months now.. called customer service about 5 times and was promised water will be delivered at a scheduled time and none of those came as well. This business is so disorganized. No one keeps up with local branches that don’t do their job and even customer service doesn’t even know how to get in contact with local offices.
We've been trying to get this company to pick up now 19 empty bottles for the past 3 months. I'd call weekly to try and get updates and each time, I'd get some excuse about why it was missed. Just when I think a pick up has been scheduled, I'll call back in the next day only to find that pick up was postponed to either later in the week or following week. I've ratcheted up my calls the past 2 weeks to daily (hopefully squeezy wheel gets the grease right?). I now spend half an hour each day explaining our situation (because i... read more
I signed up for this service at Costco. Great customer service-for delivery as well as troubleshooting. You can rent good quality water coolers from them but i bought my own as I needed one with 3 temperature settings ( hot, cold and room) they only have ones with 2.
