At one time it was a dependable water company, now they skip our medical office on their route. It’s been well over 2 months since we have seen them… we have had a problem with our water dispenser in the waiting room and I have called 2 times, they scheduled our service to get that dispenser switched out but they never show. Sad to watch companies go down hill 😣
Been with Crystal Water since 1980 The water is great. Bottles are clean. Service is wonderful and we highly recommend them..
Sick of having my water delivery being rescheduled! Canceling my service and will find a different company that is more efficient and consistent .
Horrible service. They re-schedule your delivery without even telling you. And no one ever calls you back when you call. Dumping them!
Been using for years!! So easy to manage quantity and delivery times. They educated me how to save money- Great driver and customer service. Water quality awesome. Would recommend .
