One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Whoever is in charge of the Palm Coast area is incompetent. They promised me $50 off to sign up and they didn't give to me. I had to call 5 times for them to finally apply it. They always promise to send the issue to some mysterious manager who never does anything. On top of that they had many missed deliveries and then they deliver whenever they feel like it after that. They are obsessed with their stupid $6 bottle fee. They have skipped 4 deliveries and I’m so frustrated, how are they in business ?!
At one time it was a dependable water company, now they skip our medical office on their route. It’s been well over 2 months since we have seen them… we have had a problem with our water dispenser in the waiting room and I have called 2 times, they scheduled our service to get that dispenser switched out but they never show. Sad to watch companies go down hill 😣
Been with Crystal Water since 1980 The water is great. Bottles are clean. Service is wonderful and we highly recommend them..
Sick of having my water delivery being rescheduled! Canceling my service and will find a different company that is more efficient and consistent .
