If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst service ever! My office went two months without a delivery but they billed us for it. What even? That is not how you run a business. They are now charging us for extra items that we didn't even order! It has gotten to the point where I have to mark a calendar for the days they actually did deliver, so I can check to make sure I'm not being charged for what I'm not getting. Won't make the same mistake again. Goodbye!
The worst customer service ever..on my scheduled delivery day they only picked up empty bottles but didnt leave any water..when i ran out of water we scheduled a delivery day they never showed up or bothered to call twice..i called to speak to a manager and got put on hold twice and was never able to speak to one...cancelled my service they said we wont be able to pick up our equipment for 5 days so i let them know i will be putting it outside today
