Can't get them to come get their equipment. I have called and been hung up while on hold or being transferred. I have made 2 appointments for them to pick up and they don't show up. Now I have received a new invoice for a service I canceled 2 weeks ago. What a mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is bad as comcast customer service. We moved scheduled the new address 2 weeks before we moved. We are now going on 6 phone calls 5 days and still no water. And the fabulous customer service cant explain why or just ensure our water is delivered. Thanks for the help and the water I don't have but am paying for
