The bad reviews are legit. At first things were great. But then the delivery driver decided not to come down the driveway to the house. So he was dropping off bottles at the gate and we were stockpiling empties. Month after month I called. The people I spoke to were polite and friendly and they seemed understanding. So the water itself is fine no problems there. The delivery service is a joke. You’ll find that it’s more common to be calling after each delivery because it’s incorrect. Now if my order was complex then that’s on me but I order 6 bottles of water every 2 weeks, and they have a mobile app that you can confirm your order on, and they text you two days before each delivery so that you can confirm that the order is correct, which is what I do. From customer service to prompt delivery, I have had EXCELLENT and COURTEOUS service. In not sure why there are so many issues but i have had none. That's why I'm a loyal customer. Otherwise, I'd be gone.
I can not get delivery to my home when due. But, they have order information on cell. I was due last Friday but never was order but my phone put in for Satrday. No show so, Sunday no show. Here it is Monday and my next delivery is the 21st. I believe this company has taken a wrong turn! New owners, big time training. I hope that other customers get theirs.
God this is HORRENDOUS! Today was a scheduled initial delivery, cooler + 2 5 gallons. All day waited, called twice in a 4 hour time span (3hours past the delivery window) and both reps said they'll have the driver with an ETA. Ok.... welp... just checked after hearing nothing, no call no email at least and bam! Now my delivery changed until tomorrow . Thx! NOT
