Crystal springs bought out our small local company who was always excellent, and ruined it. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Can never get a person on the phone to correct any issues. They just want to collect your money every month.

Can’t change name on account. took all bottles away without leaving water with no notice. customer service isn’t interested in correcting the issues. wait time for customer service is over 15 minutes and counting...
