Fake business. Number does not work (calls failed). We can't reach them directly. Even their central call center cannot reach them. They want to take orders but cannot promise delivery for any date ! Unique business model that I have not seen in my 36+ years of business experience. I rarely write comments, but for THIS I have to say something. Worst service ever! They never send the water per scheduled, and always make change per their convenient time! Even though sometimes you skip your delivery, they still send you just 1 or 2 bottles of water and there always a 5+ dollars surcharge fee for each delivery, too much unnecessary spend! Worst decision I have ever made to get this service. They are never on time and reschedule without communicating. I am paying for a convenience but nothing about this service has been convenient. I am now waiting for them to come pick up their water cooler because I cancelled and they even rescheduled that without calling.
