This company is one that will take advantage of people in their 80's. Against my advice My parents who are 81 and 83 ordered water from them. They didn't show up with the water and changed the date a couple of times. My Mom canceled the order. That should of been the end. I gave my mom and dad their water cooler and 3 bottles of water to start with. I originally bought the bottles from food lion $6.99 plus an $8.00 deposit. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Can't believe they have any customers at all! As a new customer, delivery was a day late, with a non-working dispenser. Was scheduled to get a new dispenser within days, but they didn't have any working ones in stock. Based on that bad initial experience, I cancelled the service. Been waiting for a month for someone to come pick up the broken dispenser & water I didn't use!! They took their fee quickly....but service is no-existent. My options are to put the dispenser to the curb for junk pickup & donate... read more
