The water is great...... customer service is terrible. I have called and called and always no matter what day or time of day its always at least a 30 - 45 minute wait. I have done several emails on the website and no one has reached out to me. Very frustrated with this company.
This company is one that will take advantage of people in their 80's. Against my advice My parents who are 81 and 83 ordered water from them. They didn't show up with the water and changed the date a couple of times. My Mom canceled the order. That should of been the end. I gave my mom and dad their water cooler and 3 bottles of water to start with. I originally bought the bottles from food lion $6.99 plus an $8.00 deposit. When my Mom canceled her order they came out and took her empty bottles which were worth $24.00... read more
