this company is a nightmare
The absolute worst service I have ever experienced with any company. Believe the reviews! It took us 3 weeks of having appointments cancelled and re-scheduled before they finally delivered our machines and 2 of the 4 were broken. 2 weeks later and we just had our delivery cancelled for the 3rd time with another empty promise of a new date. No water. No new machines. Just the same old song and dance about how they have "migrated to a new system". I will be migrating my business elsewhere and migrating their garbage equipment ... read more
If I could leave negative stars I would. I’ve used this company for several years. Over the last year it has gone downhill. Delivery dates constantly being changed, price keeps going up with no prior notification, and you can never get anyone on the phone. Now they are refusing to cancel my service over $10!!! This is the rental fee for the cooler that was charged out last week, but I’ve been trying to call them for 3 weeks to cancel my service. Would give them negative stars if I could. Absolutely abhorrent customer service- nearly nonexistent. Save yourself and find another service.
Update a year later - the response below asked me to email so they could help - still waiting on an email back from that team. Used this service for over 2 years as a business. Missed deliveries here and there, then they just stopped. No deliveries in over 2 months, called was told we will let it out ASAP. Still no water, called to cancel acct, was told they would come for our empties and return our deposit. That was 2 weeks ago, next step dropping these bottles of at Nandino Blvd in Lexington.
