We spoke to a CS agent and requested our order to be cancelled. We decided to go in another direction for our water. Apparently she didn’t do her job in reporting the request since We got a delivery today. However the driver just left the unit on the porch still in the box and 3 huge bottles of water. They never knocked or rang the bell to report the delivery or I would have told him to take it back since we all ready cancelled it. I was looking forwrd to ordering and supporting local business, but sheesh these reviews are even something worth putting on an iffy scale to weigh it out. Very disappointed
Much better than city water! But! bottles come dirty, sometimes they don't take the emptys & don't always follow directions left in the notes. a little pricey. Spend over 100 a month for 5 5 gallons. so far have good customer service!
