I have been a customer with Crystal Springs for over 13 years. Their operation center is through out different states. Main operation center is in Florida. ( Not local, not easily handled with issues) Not going into more details on the situation other than "Shame On Them." Delivery employee's were very pleasant and great to work with. If you are thinking of receiving residential or commercial service, save your self hassle and unnessary stress. Please read this, be in the know from a long standing customer before choosing.

I had been a Crystal Springs residential delivery customer for almost 10 years. I finally canceled my subscription, as the company has been making clearer and clearer that they don't care about residential customers. We've gone through at least 4 different rental coolers, with the most common problems being "water doesn't come out anymore when we put on a new bottle," "water doesn't get cold", and my favorite, "cooler decided to slowly drain the entire bottle onto our floor overnight".
