We signed up for this service through COSTCO. The representative at the store was very nice. The actual service is awful. They continue to deliver to the wrong house even though I have called in with detailed instructions. Apparently driver is not able to read house numbers? They did not deliver my last order, but charged me for the delivery anyway. Rescheduled delivery and they charged me again. They will not refund the missed delivery. I have only been using the service for 3 months and there have been issues with 2/3 deliveries. My last order was delivered this week and was incorrect. I made the changes to my order in their app over a week in advance and somehow they still got it wrong. I called immediately to have the order corrected and was told the order would be switched out today (2 days later) only to see that it was rescheduled for MARCH 13th leaving me with no water for 2 more weeks. We have been using Crystal Springs delivery service for a few years now and I am definitely ready to find a new service. The first year was great, only time a delivery would be missed was after a holiday, which was understandable. For the last few months, it seems like every other delivery is missed, so we're either going 3+ weeks in between deliveries, or we end up getting 2 deliveries in a single week. No consistency whatsoever.
My wife and I tried out Crystal Springs water delivery as a referral. We had been lugging cases of water up the long flight of stairs to our condo. This is a back-saver. Great company to deal with and the people are helpful!
